1. ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Websites and Online Services and (iii) that your use of the Websites and Online Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Get Official Site retains the right (but not the obligation) to block content from its Distributed Web Gateway that Get Official Site determines (in its sole discretion) to be illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. For these purposes, illegal or harmful content includes but is not limited to:
(1) Monitoring or Crawling. Monitoring or crawling of a System that impairs or disrupts the System being monitored or crawled.
(2) Denial of Services (DoS). Inundating a target with communications requests so the target either cannot respond to legitimate traffic or responds so slowly that it becomes ineffective.
(3) Intentional Interference. Interfering with the proper functioning of any System, including any deliberate attempt to overload a system by mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks, or flooding techniques.
(4) Operation of Certain Network Services. Operating network services like open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers.
(5) Avoiding System Restrictions. Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on a System, such as access and storage restrictions.
(6) Excessive Use. In the event any instance uses excessive CPU from your activities that are not otherwise prohibited, Get Official Site reserves the right to limit the CPU available to your instances in order to maintain a consistent level of performance on all our nodes.
(7) Use the Service in connection with unlawful contests, lotteries, or gambling; pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
(8) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
(9) Publish, post, upload, distribute, traffic or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content, such as child pornography or virtual child pornography.
(10) Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any topic, name, material or information that incites discrimination, hate or violence towards one person or a group because of their belonging to a race, a religion or a nation.
(11) Upload, or otherwise make available files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same.
(12) Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
(13) Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's property.
(14) Download any file posted by another user of a Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
(15) Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
(16) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services.
(17) Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Service.
(18) Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, except as needed to operate your site and as permitted in your site's privacy policy (if any).
(19) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
(20) Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
(21) Host TOR exit nodes.
(22) Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
(23) Network probing or port scanning tools are only permitted if explicitly authorized by the destination host and/or network. Unauthorized port scanning, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.
(24) Utilizing bots for the purpose of repeatedly and/or automatically acquiring merchandise and anything similar that violates 3rd party ToS that could result in the blocking of Get Official Site IP space or ASN.
(25) Utilizing autodialers or other VOIP based robocalling software.
(26) Get Official Site customers are NOT permitted to utilize and deploy our services to conduct and deliver DOS/DDOS mitigation as a service.
(27) Use the Service for CPU (Central Processing Unit) or GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) cryptocurrency mining.
(28) Inappropriately use the Bring your own IP feature (BYOIP / BGP) for the purpose of hijacking, parking, or any other use not directly related a legitimate service or proportionate to the deployed Get Official Site services.
8. Expired sites
For expired sites, we provide a 30-day data retention service.
In order to avoid occupying server resources, sites that have not completed renewal for more than 30 days will be forced to reset.
When your site reaches 7 days from the forced reset time, we will send you an email to remind you to renew in time. When your site reaches the forced reset time, your site will be forced to reset.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the Websites and Online Services, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Official Site and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents (collectively, the "Get Official Site Entities") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Websites and Online Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any representation, warranty, or agreements referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; or (iv) any disputes or issues between you and any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (and without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to such matter), and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and Get Official Site agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.

You acknowledge that the Websites and Online Services are not intended to be technology protection measures that will help you comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA).Upon termination of these Terms, any provision that by its nature or express terms should survive will survive such termination or expiration, including, but not limited to, Section 2 and Sections 7 through 13.
15. PAYPAL AGENT SERVICE
If you use the PayPal Agent service provided by us, it means that you are aware of the US tax laws and pay taxes to the US IRS on time. If you do not pay taxes to the US IRS on time, we have the right to freeze your balance and account, suspend your website, and issue refunds to customers.
If you do not have US taxpayer status, you can also contact our customer service to apply for US taxpayer status for you and help you pay taxes on time.
